At Lark Hall Studios, we aim to create beautiful bespoke gardens that are a joy to live in. We work closely with you to understand your aspirations and apply the latest design and plant knowledge to ensure your garden has a sense of ‘place’ and is in complete harmony with its surroundings.

A well-designed garden can really transform your home, adding value to your property as it matures. So, whether you are starting from scratch, are redeveloping an existing garden, or simply need an injection of colour in your planting, we can help.

What we do

Design & Planning

Beautiful gardens rely on a strong structure which is why it is worth investing in design. At Lark Hall, we operate a very flexible design process which places a premium on spending time upfront with our clients to understand how they want to use their garden and the challenges the site offers.

Project Build

Although we don't do hard landscaping ourselves, we know good people who do. We can work with you in a number of ways from a simple recommendation about who to call to managing the whole project from design to completion.

Planting

Planting is where the design of a garden really comes to life. Skilfully planned, planting can change the way your eye moves around the garden, lighting up a dark corner and providing colour and texture. At Lark Hall, we not only recommend specific plant combinations and but also source plants from highly reputable nurseries and plant them for you.

Garden Care

Just like people, some gardens are more high maintenance than others! Whilst gardens can often be designed to be 'low maintenance', no garden is ever completely maintenance free. All will benefit from some tlc from time to time. How much depends on how keen you are to tend your plot and how much time you have. If you simply don't have the time or the energy, we offer a range of maintenance plans to keep your garden looking its best.

Just need some advice?

Sometimes you just want a bit of advice to kick start your own garden refresh. At Lark Hall, we offer a specialist garden consultation during which we discuss any challenges and give you some ideas for things to change. This makes a fantastic gift for anyone needing a sounding board and some inspiration.
